weiner resigns...

Well it's about damn time. It didn't take long for him to decide to throw in the towel after his wife got home. How would liked to have been a fly on the wall in the weiner household for their reunion? I'm guessing that got ugly quick.

Put yourself in this woman's place for just a second, wouldn't you dump this  loser in a hurry? There isn't much of a way I would tolerate this crap from a spouse. But then, consider who her mentor is. hillary clinton has stuck with a habitual cheater for years. The difference is, she stuck with bill clinton for purely political purposes. weiner's wife has no such reason, at least not after the press conference today.

I'm sure that most politicians are decent ethical people, but it sure is hard to imagine that with as many of them that get busted doing stupid shit. Did weiner really think he was so much smarter than all the other dumbasses that got busted, that he could get away with it?

Look, I'm going to do something I don't normally do. Here is some advice for all politicians out there. Most of you aren't real bright, face it. When you do stupid shit like take pictures of your crotch and send them out to people, those people are going to talk. There will always be some "news" agency that will pay people nice money to rat your dumb ass out. Always. If you think otherwise, well, your career is going to end with you on a podium announcing your resignation for being a dipshit.

Here's the part that kills me though, several  articles have pointed out today that weiner will still be eligible for his pension... What? Aren't there some rules about being an unethical douche bag? Even the NFL has morals clauses in most contracts. It irks me to no end that weiner was forced to resign in disgrace and we, the taxpayers, will be paying his pension. It's bullshit...

obama says if he were weiner he would resign...

You know, lets put shit into perspective here, anthony weiner is a scumbag. He has poor decision making skills and he is probably a perv. But, the little twitter bullshit is NOTHING compared to what obama has done to this Country.

Do I think weiner should resign over all of this? Yes. He lied when it would have been easier to tell the truth.

He is unworthy of the trust placed in him by his constituents.

 

But what about obama? obama should be in prison for crimes against this Country. He commits new ones about every day. Everything from his treasonous apology tour, to bowing to dictators, to violating the Constitution on so many occasions no one can even keep track any more.

While both of these idiots are scumbags, there is no comparison between the two. obama thinks weiner should resign? Maybe he should look in the mirror and see who REALLY needs to resign...

weiner goes to rehab...

It appears weiner has decided to check himself into some kind of a treatment facility. He hasn't said what kind of treatment he will receive, but I would suggest shock therapy.

His friends say he is losing weight and is distraught. Ya think? That's what getting busted in a big old nasty scandal will do for you.

I still find it a more than a little amusing when arrogant, elitist pricks get what they have coming. Maybe this will remind some other people in our government that they aren't above the rules, that they will feel the pain when they do stupid things.

There is also some talk that weenie weiner may be thinking about quitting, If that's the case, maybe he isn't really going to rehab. He might be attending truck driving school or something, so he has a marketable skill in the real world. Not many companies out there have openings for loud, obnoxious guys with no skills...

Pelosi declines to call for Weiner's resignation

pelosi thinks weiner should keep his job. Well, there's a big surprise. I guess when you are from one of the most liberal cities on the planet it's difficult to put any value on decency, morals and ethics. And she is dead wrong when she says it is between weiner and his constituents. This asshole votes on things that affect every person in this Country. We all have a stake in his staying or leaving. The fact that he has zero skills to survive in a world outside of washington d.c. should have no bearing on him keeping his current job.

Another shocker, charlie rangel supports him. Wow, what an outstanding endorsement that is. Like charlie says though, at least he wasn't with hookers or little boys. With standards like that, there is quite a bit of room to play. You go, charlie!

This article also points out another excellent point, 56% of the people in weiners district are a bunch of dumbasses. weiner has very poor decision making skills at best. He has no morals. He doesn't even value his own marriage. Does his 56% really think he gives a rats ass about them? He can't do anything outside of a government job. He knows it. He will do or say anything to keep it. He is a scumbag. He's no better than a flasher on a New York subway. And yet people support him... our Country is in so much trouble...

WASHINGTON – Amid increasing calls for Rep. Anthony Weiner to resign, House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi says the decision should be up to the congressman and his New York constituents.

The former speaker said in San Francisco that she believes the decision should be made by "the individual member" and the people in his district.

Weiner, a seven-term Democrat, has admitted sending sexually explicit photos and messages over the Internet to a half dozen women over the past three years. Pelosi has asked the House Ethics Committee to investigate whether Weiner used any government resources.

Weiner told a newspaper Thursday he would not resign. At least nine House members and three senators said he should quit.

Two former Democratic Party chairmen also said he should resign.

Weiner did pick up support from Rep. Charles Rangel, a New York Democrat who was censured by the House last year for ethics violations.

Rangel suggested that other members of Congress had done things more immoral than Weiner.

Rangel said Weiner "wasn't going with prostitutes. He wasn't going out with little boys."

In a recent poll of registered voters in Weiner's district, 56 percent said he should stay in office while 33 percent said he should leave.

This whole "weinergate" thing is getting pretty old. But it's a little interesting watching it play out. It's almost as if the democrats are becoming aware that the entire Country is sick to death of the double standard. Many big shot democrats are calling on weiner to resign, as he should.

Then there are those that say it is up to his constituents to decide. That's bullshit. While it is his constituents that elect him, he votes on issues that affect every one of us. He is a scumbag. He lied. He has no morals and very poor judgement. He needs to resign, he should have already done it.

Him attempting to hold on to his seat is pathetic. It makes him look like an idiot, but not quite as much as the pictures of his junk all over the internet.

In my head, I just can't help but imagine the firestorm that would have occured if he were a Republican. He would have already been forced out. The leadership of his party would have seen to that. I'm not saying Republicans are guilt free, they aren't. They have had their fair share of stupid scandals, but they fix it, quick. And even then, the dead horse is beaten to a bloody pulp.

If the democratic leadership allows him to remain in office it will be a mistake. weiners credibility is done, the rest of the democrats still have a chance to make this right and save some dignity of their own...
