WTF Walmart?

Normally I like Walmart a lot. They have what I'm looking for at a decent price. I know there are lots of folks out there that can't stand them, and that's ok, I can see your reasoning. But damn, they pissed me off today.

About lunch time, my Bride called and said her car wouldn't start. She was at a grocery store near her work picking up lunch. Her boss came over and jumped the car and it started fine. When she got back to work, wouldn't start. He gave her another jump after work and she made it home.

I braved the 105 degree heat and yanked the battery. We purchased it two years ago at Walmart. So off we go to town, simple battery exchange, in and out in 10 minutes. Nope. They have to test it. Ok, I'm good with that. They guy walks off with the battery. We sit down on the bench in the automotive department. 20 minutes later still no word. They guy behind the counter goes out to check on it. The asshole out in the service bay said he needed some information from us and couldn't find us. What bullshit. We were sitting on the same exact spot on the bench as when he left with the battery. Ok, no biggie. The guy from behind the counter gets us fixed up. He then proceeds to do the exchange at the register, he needs a manager to approve the transaction. He calls, and calls, and calls. He finally gets some lady who says she will be right there. Wrong. 20 minutes later I go to the front of the store and find a manager. Of course, by the time I got back with the manager the automotive guy had already snagged some manager walking by.

So a simple battery exchange turned into an hour and a half of my life that I will never get back. Thanks Walmart, eat shit.

Debt ceiling debate still on...

It appears that the Republicans are still refusing to give in to obama's demad for new taxes. And damn well they should, since many of them were elected because of their pledge not to raise taxes.

Have I told you lately that obama is an asshole? If not, then, obama is an asshole. It's funny how he critcizes a Republican idea until he can act like it is something he came up with. He absolutely crucified Paul Ryan over his plan earlier this year, but suddenly obama thinks raising the eligibility age for medicare is a good idea.

Why is it that the only plan a democrat can come up with is to raise our taxes? Why don't they have any ability to think outside of the box? Raising taxes will further damage our already fragile economy and won't even begin to make a dent in the deficit. These people need to stop spending money they don't have and reduce the spending they are already doing. Cutting redundant and stupid programs would also help put us back on the right path.

Common sense isn't really a common trait in washington. We need to elect people that have less millions and more sense...

Burlingame After Meeting With Obama: He Turned His Back On Me

obama takes every opportunity to further prove he is an asshole. To turn his back on a family member of a 9/11 victim is one of the worst things he has done yet. What a prick. This guy does not have what it takes to be the president of the United States. He is like a spoiled child. Those who don't agree with him are treated as if they are beneath him. HE WORKS FOR US, not the other way around. We should have fired his arrogant ass a long time ago...

Debra Burlingame, the sister of Charles "Chic" Burlingame (pilot of the plane that crashed into the Pentagon) met with President Obama today, along with other families who were victims of 9/11. Burlingame said she confronted Obama about Attorney General Eric Holder prosecuting the men who interrogated KSM, which may have produced intelligence leading us to bin Laden.

Burlingame describes the encounter with Obama: "As a former attorney I know you can't tell the Attorney General what to do, he said, 'No, I can't.' But I said 'we -- that shouldn't stop you from giving your opinion. We wouldn't be here today if they hadn't done their jobs. Can't you at least give them your opinion.' And he said 'no I won't,' and he turned around and walked away."

 

What's it going to take?

What's it going to take for obama to be on our side for once in his fucking life? He won't release the pictures of bin ladens carcass or the video because it might offend the muslims. Yet this is the very same asshole that wanted to release all of the abu ghraib pictures. The same asshole that lifted the ban on pictures of Flag drapped Coffins. The same fucking asshole that went on a worldwide apology tour. The very same asshole that has been kissing muslim ass since he was sworn in.

I don't get it. Why is he so much more concerned about what fucking muslims think than the people of the United States?

And why hasn't he given the credit that is deserved to George W. Bush and Donald Rumsfeld? Without the evidence collected under the watch of those two, obama wouldn't be performing his victory lap today at Ground Zero.

You know, there have been all kinds of twists and turns to the story of what happened in that compound last Sunday. bin laden was hiding behind a woman and then he wasn't. bin laden had a weapon and then he didn't. There was a 40 minute long firefight and then there wasn't. None of this matters. Not even a little bit. The Navy SEALs shot that scumbag terrorist in the head. Good for them. It wouldn't have mattered to me if he was on his knees begging not to be killed, I would have shot his ass anyway. He has caused more pain and grief in his miserable life than about any other person in modern times. He was a terrorist. All terrorists should be treated in the same manner.

One other question. Why did it take that pussy obama 16 hours to decide to pull the trigger? I mean, I do give him credit, he eventually stepped up where others have turned tail (bill clinton), but damn, he left our intelligence people and the members of our Military hanging for 16 hours. That's bullshit. As soon as our guys said we had everything in place and we were ready to go, he should have said to do it. Let me guess, he had to consult with rev. wright and bill ayers...
