What a day...

What a day, I have worked my ass off.

My Father-in-Law is out of town and he said I could use his truck while he is gone. Big Mullet and I went and picked it up this morning. We headed over to the landscape place to pick up a load of mulch for Big Mullet's house. Then back to the In-Laws house to pick up an old picnic table and a bunch of old fence pickets.

Then back to work.

After work I brought all that crap home, unloaded the fence pickets in the burn pile and the picnic table in the shed. My Little One and I dismantled the picnic table. It has a real nice metal frame but the wood was beat to hell. We put the nasty wood in the burn pile too.

Then I pulled the MTD mower in the shed and removed the cutting deck. Then went out to the burn pile and lit it up. My Bride used the MTD to drag piles of limbs back from the tree we lost a week ago. I was cutting them into to chunks small enough to keep from setting the yard on fire and pitching them in the fire. A couple of hours of that was plenty. I'll burn more tomorrow...
