Let's say you're in a softball league and you tell three bi-sexual team members that they aren't straight enough to be on the team. Can you imagine the complete shit storm that would rain down on you? Do you think a court would say that you have the right to limit the number of fags or half fags on the team? Not no, but HELL no. You can bet your ass that you would instantly be National news, all bad of course. And you would be picketed by thousands of people in assless chaps waving rainbow flags. Your life would pretty much be over at that point.
How can the double standard be this blatant without people catching on? Am I the only one that sees this? Why do we, as a Nation, continue to tolerate this bullshit? Have we become a Country of wimps? Why do we refuse to stand up for what is right and decent? Where have our morals and values gone?
On any given news day I can pull 20 stories of various types of double standards that we just tolerate. If you're a cross dressing freak you can wear weird clothes to work regardless of the company's dress code. It's ok to be proud to be black but not proud to be white. democrats can send pictures of their private parts on twitter but a Republican is forced to quit for a picture of his bare chest. Holy shit. Our Country has truly gone waaay off the reservation. We are screwed people...

A federal judge ruled Thursday that a gay softball league can limit the number of heterosexuals on its teams, the Courthouse News Service reports.
The ruling was announced after three bisexual men claimed they were kicked out of the Gay Softball World Series for not being gay enough and filed a lawsuit in Washington state against the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Association.
The three men, playing for a San Francisco softball team, were challenged on their sexuality by a rival team, citing a rule that limits no more than two heterosexuals on a team.
The men claim they were "summoned to a hearing room to answer questions about their sexual interests or attractions," according to the Courthouse News Service.
The men said they were told that "this is the Gay World Series, not the Bisexual World Series."
U.S. District Court Judge John Coughenour struck down the lawsuit.
"Plaintiffs have failed to argue that there is a compelling state interest in allowing heterosexuals to play gay softball," Coughenour wrote, according to the Courthouse News Service.
"It is not the role of the courts to scrutinize the content of an organization's chosen expression."
